We will be happy to welcome you on arrival and departure in our modern offices in Haus Mateika, just a few minutes away from Haus Elisabeth. We will also be personally available to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us.

The holiday apartments we manage meet high standards and are looked after individually by our team. We have our own qualified cleaning specialists and our own caretaker - so we can respond to any questions promptly and in a timely manner.

In the area of marketing, we are "digital" and very modern, but in the area of communication with our guests and owners, we prefer the "analog" route. We contact each guest personally before arrival so that there are no "surprises" when they arrive. The valuable free time on Sylt should be enjoyed to the fullest.



We will be there for you personally from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys! Where? In our office at Bismarckstrasse 11 in Westerland.     Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
